The Newest Yates Program: Summer Tennis Camp. This year, Yates Field House is very excited to announce that we will be hosting a Summer Tennis Camp for juniors ages 4-16. Junior players can learn from renowned instructors Starr Foster and Ronnie Goodall, together bringing over 45 years of tennis experience. Furthermore, our indoor tennis courts allow for all-day play, no matter the weather!
We will offer two separate week-long camps in June: the first from June 19–23, 2017, and the second from June 26–30, 2017. The camp runs from 9 am–noon for players ages 4–7, and 9 am–3:30 pm for players ages 8–16. Be sure to check out our website for more details, including our before and after care option! Please note that you do not have to be a Yates member to join us for camp.
Group Fitness Promo Week. If our new tennis camp isn’t enough, you don’t want to miss out on the robust Yates Group Fitness program! The Summer 2017 Group Fitness Schedule kicks off on May 30, bringing a variety of fitness opportunities from HIIT and other cardio-based classes, to strength or mind-body classes such as Cardio Crunch and Kripalu Yoga. Furthermore, as a Mad Dogg-certified Spinning Facility, Yates offers classic spinning classes throughout the week, as well as classes with a twist such as Spin Xpress. With our Older Adult Tone and One Step Beyond classes, members of all ages can find an energizing, motivating class to suit them!
This first two weeks of our summer schedule will be Group Fitness Promo Weeks. During this time, all Group Fitness classes will be free for Yates members, and members will be able to purchase an Unlimited Group Fitness pass at a discount! Be sure to keep an eye on our website where all Promo Week details can be found.
