Water Quality Report

DC Water recently mailed residents a flier summarizing the 2018 Water Quality Test Results, which are contained in the downloadable 2019 Drinking Water Quality Report. CEO David L. Gadis notes in the summary, “For more than ten years DC Water has met every federal water standard, including for lead, and we are fully committed to making sure our water remains safe.”

Beyond that important news, the full report contains a good deal of interesting and valuable information, including links to the household water quality guide, how to determine whether you have lead pipes, and what residents can do to protect the Potomac River.
