Burleith is the focus of an April 28 Washington Post "Where We Live" profile by reporter Lester Davis with a gallery of photographs by Amanda Voisard.

The article notes that "The community is less well known than neighboring Georgetown, but residents are charmed by its architecture and green spaces."

Backing up this assertion are quotes from BCA president Eric Langenbacher, Realtor Lenore Rubino, and residents Nan Bell, Melanie Gisler, and Erik Warga, who also praise the neighborhood for its "off-the-beaten-path appeal," desirability, family-friendly atmosphere, and convenience to shops and restaurants. “Burleith offers a complete package that’s a great place to raise kids,” Warga is quoted as saying.

Like others in the series, the article covers house prices, schools, transit, and crime. The print version will appear in the Post's real estate section on Saturday, April 30.
