The future is looking bright! Earlier this summer, DC Solar United Neighborhoods, in partnership with the Burleith Citizens Association, wrapped up the Georgetown-Burleith solar co-op. This initiative ultimately grew to over 70 residents and business owners who were interested in exploring solar for their rooftops.

Over the summer, GreenBrilliance, the solar installer selected by the group, has been visiting homes and delivering proposals for each member's rooftops. Twelve local residents have already signed contracts to install solar, and many more are in the process of reviewing their proposals. After going through the permitting process, new solar installations will begin appearing soon!
