Liaison Anna Noakes

Anna Noakes is a Ward 2 liaison with the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services. Anna joined the office in March 2020 after spending a few years working on multiple campaigns in both field and political roles after graduating from The George Washington University.

As our Ward 2 Liaison, Anna seeks to be as visible, responsive, and proactive as possible, with the overall aim of being transparent and accountable.
